天然甜點零負擔

夏天當然少不了甜點啦﹗但對追求健康的人,甜品可能會是甜蜜的負荷,瑜伽導師Fion就用全天然食材製作出零負擔的甜點﹗只須把香蕉切片裹上即磨玉桂粉,輕煎至金黃,蘸點可可醬同吃,完全是不一樣的風味﹗值得一提的是加入薑黃粉的朱古力醬卻絲毫吃不出苦澀味,卻和熱香蕉十分搭配,實在是完美健康的不二之選。

 

香煎玉桂香蕉拌可可醬

材料:
香蕉 2條
玉桂粉 1-2茶匙
椰子油 2-3茶匙(可調至喜愛的濃度)
可可粉 2茶匙
薑黃粉 半茶匙

做法︰

  1. 可可粉加薑黃粉以椰子油拌勻成朱古力醬。
  2. 香蕉去皮切片,均勻灑上玉桂粉。熱鑊,下一匙油,把香蕉煎至金黃融化。吃時蘸着朱古力醬同吃,滋味倍添。

 

Fried Cinnamon Bananas withChocolate Dip

Ingredients: 
2 bananas
1-2 tsp cinnamon powder
2-3 tsp coconut oil (adjust the thickness to your liking)
2 tsp cacao powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder

Steps :

  1. Mix the cacao powder, turmeric powder and coconut oil into a chocolate dip.
  2. Unpeel the bananas and cut it into pieces. Sprinkle with cinnamon powder on top. Heat up a pan, drizzle a spoon of oil and fry the bananas until golden brown and tender. Serve with chocolate dip —— it is delicious.
